Mr. Tshiamo Rantao
Founder and Managing Partner, in private practice since 2001. His areas of practice include civil litigation, constitutional law, administrative law, procurement law, land law, public interest litigation and labour law. He has served as a non-permanent member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) since 2023 and was appointed to the Refugees Appeals Board in 2026.
Mr. Mukungekwa Muyunda Maswabi
A highly accomplished litigation attorney whose practice focuses on complex administrative, procurement, land, tourism, corporate and commercial, labour and human rights law. Holder of a First Class LL.B. from the University of Botswana (summa cum laude), a Commonwealth Scholar, LL.M. graduate of the University of Cambridge and an aspiring Doctor of Laws.
Tlhaloganyo Caroline Otlhomile
Admitted to the High Court of Botswana bar in 2021 and with the firm since 2022. She practises across the firm's civil litigation, commercial and employment matters.
Ame Pelekekae
Earned an LL.B. from the University of Botswana in 2023, graduating third best in his class and receiving two Academic Awards. He has extensive experience in complex litigation, advisory and transactional law, offering sophisticated legal solutions in financial law, compliance and general litigation.
