The firm
Rantao Attorneys is a Botswana law firm established in 2019 by Managing Partner Tshiamo Rantao, succeeding Rantao Kewagamang Attorneys (2008–2019) and, before it, Motsaathebe Rantao Attorneys (2007). The firm practises under the Legal Practitioner's Act (Cap 61:01) from the Grand Union Buildings, CBD Gaborone — directly opposite the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
Our practice is litigation-centred. We represent clients in civil disputes, commercial matters, procurement and construction disputes, and employment and labour matters, alongside constitutional, administrative and public interest litigation.
We believe in preparation, precision and persistence — and in a legal partner who answers when you call.
